Amber Tortoise Oval Glasses for Women – V008
The Amber Tortoise Oval Glasses (V008) are a women's full-rim acetate oval frame in bright amber tortoiseshell, sized 51-17-141 mm. Priced at Rs 9,500. With no upswept point, it suits anyone who finds cat-eye corners too sharp but still wants a shaped frame.
Size and fit
Lens width 51 mm, bridge 17 mm, temple 141 mm (medium). A compact, close-fitting size. The 141 mm temples sit at the shorter end of the adult range, so they suit a smaller head.
Frame and finish
This amber tortoise leans brighter and more orange than a classic warm tortoise, which gives the frame a vivid presence.
Who it suits
Oval frames soften square and angular jawlines and balance heart-shaped faces.
FAQs
- What is the difference between oval and cat eye glasses?
- Oval frames have no upward point at the outer corner. Cat-eye frames taper up toward the temple.
- Are 141 mm temples short?
- Slightly. Most adult frames run 140-150 mm, so 141 mm suits a smaller head best.
